I go through your Halaxy account and write up a full report on what's set up well, what isn't working and what to prioritise. Great if you set it up yourself and aren't sure it's right, something keeps tripping you up, or you want to get more out of it.

You tell me about your practice, your business structure and how you want your workflow to run, and I work out exactly what you need. Great if you're opening a practice, moving to Halaxy, or have barely started and don't know what matters yet. Already made a start? I'll review what you've got too.

Each item in your report links straight to a video showing you exactly how to do it. No searching around for the right tutorial.

For your first 3 months, a personalised email flagging Halaxy updates and changes that matter for your setup, so nothing sneaks up on you.

Your Halaxy guide
I'm a sonographer and radiographer, and I've run my own regional ultrasound practice since 2017. When I moved my clinic onto Halaxy, I built and refined every system from scratch, in a busy, working practice.

Not at all. If you already have a Halaxy account, I review it and tell you what's working and what to change. If you're brand new, or have barely started, I work out what you need to set up, what you can skip and what can wait.
No. It's a personalised plan for your practice. The videos are there so you can action each recommendation, and you also get access to my wider video library while you're a member.
That's exactly who this is for. Your report is practical and clear, and every recommendation links to a video that walks you through it.
It depends on my workload at the time and how many other Roadmap clients I'm working with. When you send your enquiry, I'll let you know the turnaround for your Roadmap.

Your report is yours to keep. If you'd like to keep using the video library, ongoing access is $97 a month, or $147 a month if you'd also like the personalised monthly email. It's totally optional, and all prices include GST.
